Payment
Payment for the tours can be made via credit card or cash on the day of the tour. A deposit may be required for group bookings or during peak season, and this will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation or no-show, deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance for your tour can be paid on the day of your visit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to make payment or to anyone who is deemed a risk to the safety and wellbeing of our staff or animals.

Refunds
Refunds are available according to the following schedule:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment processor’s policies. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Insurance
While we provide insurance for our customers, it is strongly recommended that they have their own insurance coverage as well. The insurance provided by the sanctuary may have limitations or exclusions, and having additional insurance can provide extra protection in case of unexpected events or emergencies.
